true-up: 公司通常在前一年的下半年为之后的一年做财务方面的计划（plan），在这一年的每个季度再做LE (latest estimate).由于estimate的不准确性，有时需要根据实际数据(actuals)进行修订，这就是true-up.

icebreaker: 首先打破沉默的人/事。当互不相识的人被聚在一起的时候，聚集人会想一些游戏/活动来增进大家的了解，这些游戏就被称为icebreaker. 我想最近大家常说的破冰之旅也是这么来的吧

sign off: 两个词本身都很简单,但是这种搭配是工作后才常常听到/见到的.大家都知道sign是签字的意思，领导签字是代表批准，但是很多时候，普通工作人员也要sign off自己做的东西，代表对它负责吧

sign off :我們有一個客戶的產品,每次量產前都有一個sign off的程序,要准備產品的相關資料,相當於簽合同!

原以为是“感到饥饿“的意思，因为提到“胃”了嘛。其实不是的，这句俗语的真正含义是“感觉紧张“。比如：Her mouth was dry,there were butterflies in her stomach, and her knees were shaking so much it was hard to walk on stage.

He once deleted the price list by accident and became the laughingstock of the office. 一次他不小心删除了公司的价格单，成了同事们的笑料

Is 桀傲 and admin the same one ?  if I am error, that will be laughstock in the maplesky.
